Terms of Use
Please read these terms carefully before using KWT Digital courses, assessments, certificates, tools, and related services.
On this page
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of kwtdigital.com, KWT Digital learning materials, related assessments and certificates, and informational pages about KWT Digital services. The website and learning platform are operated by KWT EDUCATION. KWT Digital is a part of KWT EDUCATION. By accessing or using the site or services covered by these Terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms apply when you browse the public website, start or continue a course, take a quiz or exam, request or use a certificate verification lookup, submit a contact form, use learning or academy student features that require sign-in, or request information about business services.
Related products hosted on other domains (for example, SEO Tools on kwtspider.com) may be governed by their own terms and policies in addition to these Terms where they apply.
2. Eligibility and Website Use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. When you submit a form, register, or otherwise provide details, you are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping any credentials you create confidential.
If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for that organisation.
3. Courses and Learning Materials
KWT Digital provides educational content on SEO, digital marketing, and related topics. Course availability, structure, modules, duration, and features are described on each course or module page and may differ between free and paid offerings.
- Materials are provided for educational purposes.
- We may update, correct, reorganise, or withdraw content as practices and products evolve.
- Unless we give written permission, you may not copy, republish, resell, scrape, or redistribute curriculum, lesson text, media, quiz or exam banks, or other learning resources.
- You may use materials for your personal learning or, where reasonably needed, for internal training within your organisation, without creating competing public courses from our content.
4. Quizzes, Exams and Assessments
Some courses include chapter quizzes and/or certification exams. Rules such as time limits, number of questions, unlocking requirements, and suggested or configured passing scores are stated on the relevant course or exam interface. Those page-specific rules control for that assessment.
- You must participate honestly and not cheat, share exam answers, or manipulate scoring systems.
- Leaving an exam session, switching tabs, or other behaviours may trigger auto-submit or other controls where the exam interface implements them.
- We may correct genuine scoring or technical errors when we become aware of them.
5. Certificates and Verification
Where a course offers a certificate, it is issued only after you meet the published completion and exam requirements for that course (for example, progress unlocks and a passing exam result under our systems). Certificates reflect assessment under KWT Digital’s own programme.
- Certificate IDs may be checked on our certificate verification page. We only confirm IDs that exist in our records.
- A KWT Digital certificate is not automatically a government qualification, university degree, regulated professional licence, or an official Google/Meta (or other vendor) accreditation.
- We may revoke or correct certificates that were issued in error or obtained through fraud, cheating, or system abuse.
6. Accounts and Learning Access
Some learning features (including progress sync, certain exams, and student dashboards) use student accounts when you choose to register or sign in. Free course lessons may also be available to start in the browser without an account, depending on the course design.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding login details.
- Do not share accounts or allow others to take exams in your name.
- Marketing pages in this phase do not promote signup in the primary navigation; account URLs remain available where implemented.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content, course lessons, assessments, graphics, logos, and downloadable resources are owned by or licensed to KWT EDUCATION / KWT Digital and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Brand names such as KWT EDUCATION, KWT Digital, and related brands are used in connection with our business.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, scrape, reverse engineer (except where law allows), or commercially exploit protected material without permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners; we do not claim ownership of third-party trademarks.
8. Acceptable Use and Security
You must not:
- Use the site for unlawful activity;
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls;
- Deploy malware or disrupt service;
- Use automated scraping or bulk harvesting in a way that harms the site or violates these Terms;
- Manipulate exams, scores, certificates, or verification records.
We may investigate suspected abuse and take proportionate steps such as blocking requests, suspending accounts, invalidating compromised certificates, or refusing service.
9. SEO Tools and Third-Party Services
Links to SEO Tools and other external services are provided for convenience. Those products may have separate terms, privacy practices, availability, plans, and usage limits. Completing a free Academy course does not by itself grant unlimited access to paid KWT Digital software or tools.
10. KWT Digital Business Services
Descriptions of technical SEO audits, SEO strategy, digital marketing, paid advertising support, web development, and similar services are informational. Specific paid client work is governed by a separate accepted proposal, quotation, statement of work, or service agreement where applicable.
We do not guarantee search rankings, lead volume, revenue, traffic, or campaign results.
11. Payments, Pricing and Refunds
Free courses that are marked free on this site have no purchase price for standard learning access. This public website does not currently operate an online payment checkout.
Paid programmes and client services are arranged directly. Any fees, taxes, and payment terms are confirmed in the quotation, invoice, or written agreement for that engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is described in our Refund Policy and in the applicable written agreement, subject to applicable law.
12. Educational Information and No Guarantees
SEO, digital marketing, search engines, and AI-assisted search systems change over time. Our platform provides educational material and assessments. We do not guarantee search rankings, AI citations, traffic, revenue, exam outcomes, or business results.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Availability, Errors and Changes
We aim to keep the website and learning systems available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, outages, corrections, and updates may occur. We may change features or content with reasonable notice where practical.
14. Privacy and Personal Information
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you acknowledge that policy. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy conflict on a privacy topic, the Privacy Policy controls for that topic.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or suspend access (including accounts or exam attempts) where we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, a security risk, cheating, or another material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the site at any time. To discuss a restriction affecting your account or certificate, contact us using the details in section 20.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KWT EDUCATION and its brands (including KWT Digital) are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site or materials.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of these Terms or the site is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or, for free services, a nominal amount of INR 1,000 — except where applicable law requires otherwise.
This section is a drafting baseline for an education and services website based in India. Have your counsel review limits of liability and statutory consumer rights before relying on them in dispute.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KWT EDUCATION from reasonable losses and costs arising from your material breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of another person’s rights — to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnity language should be reviewed by counsel for enforceability under Indian law and your commercial risk profile.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory law, courts in New Delhi, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the website, based on our place of business in New Delhi.
Confirm governing law and exclusive jurisdiction with legal counsel if you operate multi-state or international programmes with different forum needs.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we publish revisions. Updated Terms apply from the date they are posted, unless a later effective date is stated. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
