How do chapter quizzes work?
Chapter quizzes are knowledge checks within a course module. They help you practice as you learn. They are separate from the scored certification exam used for the certificate.
What is the certification exam passing score?
For the live free certification exams (SEO Essentials and On-Page SEO), the configured passing score is 70%, as shown on the exam result screen. Always follow the instructions on the specific exam page — other exams may use different thresholds when published.
Can I retake an exam?
If you do not pass, you can review the course material and attempt the exam again when you are ready. The live learning exams do not publish a fixed public “maximum attempts” limit on the marketing pages — follow any rules shown in the exam interface.
What happens if I fail?
Failed attempts do not reveal a full answer key. Review the lessons and quizzes, then retake the exam. You must answer every question before you can finish; incomplete exams cannot be submitted.
Are practice quizzes the same as certification exams?
No. Chapter quizzes are informal checks while you learn. Certification exams are scored assessments used for certificates. The Practice Exams page links to those certification exams for live courses — not to separate answer-key practice tests.
